You need to be more specific on your age and what you'll be using it for. If your using it for off road track use, then there are many to buy on the internet without the need for parent's consent and you can ride them from any age (if you can physically). Just make sure you buy a good one, they can usually be delivered. Let me know what you'll be using it for and your age, you cant legally ride an ATV on the road unless you're 16 right? I'm not sure what the legal age is cause I don't live in the US but, it will probably be the same as a car.
