What skills would I need to start a tv animated series?

Would probably help if u had a degree in animation or at least experience in th tv industry. They most likely arent looking for submissions right now but if they are looking to create another series they will hear pitches from people that already work for them. U could hire an artist to do sketches for u. Udactually b better off starting as a webcomic so u cn gain recognition
