Why is there no endorphin pills?

There are pills to treat ADHD which increases the serotonin levels. And people with eating disorders such as BED tend to turn to food for emotional causes, and a low level of endorphins. So why can't they create that pill instead of people turning to food whenever that happens? I'm just 13 years old, so don't assume I'm really ignorant for asking this question.
