How much salary am I entitled to?

My sister just finished her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Water colors from an art school and said she was entitled to earning no less than $40K a year because she has a college degree. I took some classes at community college but didn't really like it. I dropped out after the first semester and probably won't be back. I was in the classes for a few weeks and it was just too much work. I can say that do have SOME college now which makes me better than someone with just a GED or someone that hasn't graduated because they were stupid and flunked out of highschool. What is the minimum salary I should be entitled to with some college even though I don't have a degree?
