Is there a cloud service which allows increasing RAM, CPU and STORAGE automatically wheneve workload increases?

Is there a cloud service which allows increasing RAM, CPU and STORAGE automatically whenever workload increases? I want to take minimum configuration but it should scale up automatically if there is a sudden workload increase. I am ready to pay for it.
