What guinea pig cage?

Hi! I now want to get two guinea pigs, i've been reading alot about them and know that two cavies need 7.5-10.5 sq feet. I want to give them the biggest cage i can, so C&C cage was the only option.Is it better to buy a 2x3 cage that is the MINIMUM for 2 piggies, or a spacious 2x4 cage that will hang 4 inches over my table?
