I have been researching on dopamine, serotonin levels... also adderall and 5 htp. ?

I am attempting to decipher, based on me, where my neurotransmitters are in comparison to each other. I have been on many meds.. not quite sure what do to. any good links or advice? I am currently on adderall... was on 5htp. I have a high mental idle speed.
