What is Serotonin Syndrome like?

So lately I've been hearing a lot of buzz about a condition called "Serotonin Syndrome". Apparently... with all the different types of anti depressant medications being prescribed these days that get mixed, abused and/or used recreationally is causing the condition to become much more common. Its very intriguing to me. I would love to hear from someone who has actually been through this, and describe the experience from beginning to end in detail. Weird question I know but I'm very curious.
