Can i get into a top 25 college in the U.S.?

I am currently enrolled in the IB (International Baccalaureate) Diploma program. I currently have a 3.2 GPA and a 4.0 weighted GPA. I am a minority (Black). I have joined lots of clubs in high school; and I am the founder and president of my school's first Robotics Club. I play varsity football. I am hoping to have a patent on some inventions. I am an active member of my church and in the community; I have lots of SSL hours. I don't really know what else to say. Can i get into a major college (Stanford/ Carnegie Mellon) with my current criteria. If not, what else can I do to make myself stand out if my GPA just doesn't cut it with these colleges.
