I need an adults opinion & advice.?

Im 18 & I do not have a car. I have a jod about an hour away and its very hard for me to get there when Im scheduled. Im trying my very hardest to buy a car buy its not happening. The max I would spend is about 3500, but the bank will not give me a loan and I cannot find a cosigner. Does anyone have advice? I know getting another job would be easy but the pay I make is well above minimum wage and the hours are really good (I need money for college). Can anyone give me some advise, please?
