Posibility of serotonin syndrom?

ive been taking just prozac for almost 3 weeks. for 2 weeks i was talking 10mg and i was bumped up to 20mg. ive been on 20mg for since thursday morning. and friday night i got a head ache. i went to bed early got alot of sleep. wokeup still got a head ache. had it about 98% of the time threwout the day. around 10 pm. i started getting what seemed like muscle twiching. i keep still blinking my eyes more then normal. so this gave me anxiety. and i have some symtoms of serotonin syndrom. what do you think?
