Quantity of fat needed daily for optimum health for fit 5'11" 48 yr old male of 14 stone?

I've read that people need between 70 and 90 grams of fat daily but how much would a 14 stone man of 5'11" of 48 in good shape need? I'm interested in knowing the answer for promoting good health. What's the minimum amount of fat needed daily in the long term? I'm not interested in losing weight or acai berries. All spam will be reported.
